The SF401P (SF-401P) Pillow Speaker is for use with Tek-CARE®NC300II nurse call systems, where 8-pin DIN jacks are used. The SF401P (SF-401P) provides for call placement to the system master station and for TV control. Simple operation is provided by momentary switches. To call a nurse or select television channels, simply press the push button indicated or TV as desired. Entertainment audio VOLUME may be adjusted as necessary.

Architects' & Engineers' Specifications: Pillow speaker shall be TekTone® SF401P (SF-401P) or approved equal as supplied by LEE DAN® It shall have a 2.25" (57 mm) Mylar® cone speaker. The pillow speaker case shall be constructed of an attractive, flame retardant ABS plastic. All momentary contact SPST 10 AMP switches shall be rated for over one million operations. The pillow speaker cord shall be a 7' (2.13 m) long polyvinyl covered cord with a standard 8-pin DIN plug. The cord shall also be provided with strain relief. Each pillow speaker shall be provided with a wall hanger and a security clip. Controls shall be provided for nurse call, entertainment audio and television channel selection. Controls shall be marked VOLUME, and TV. The pillow speaker shall be electrostatic discharge (ESD) protected to over 20,000 volts. The SF401P(SF-401P) shall be UL® 1069 Listed.
