Lee Dan IR-103B IR-104B IR-105B apartment intercom stations APPLICATION
IR-104B is an economical 4–wire apartment intercom station for new construction, where new wiring is used. Minimal depth makes for a particularly easy and attractive installation. The large 3 1/2", 1 Watt, 45 Ohm speaker provides unsurpassed voice quality audio reproduction. Choose flush, surface or desk mount hardware (see below) for installation.

IR-103B is a 3–wire version of the IR-104B, for use in bell/buzzer conversions.

IR-105B is a 5–wire version used mostly for replacement purposes in older systems.

Contemporary styling, featuring fog white color and pleasing lines, compliments most decors. Advanced circuitry and simple pushbutton operation make this the perfect station for use in large or small buildings.

SYSTEM OPERATION
The visitor, by pressing the appropriate button on the entrance panel, causes an electronic tone signal to be heard at the ‘IR’ (Inside Remote) station. The resident responds by pushing the TALK button while speaking to the caller, the LISTEN button while waiting for a reply, and the DOOR button to allow entry to the building.

SPECIFICATIONS
Size: 6 7/8"H, 5"W, 2"D. Projects only 1" from mounting surface.

Controls: Individually replaceable Talk, Listen and Door Release buttons with self-wiping, plated contacts.

Finish: High impact ABS plastic.

Holes: 2 mounting holes, fitLEE DAN housing models IH-101, IH-102, IH-400A, IH-700.

Screws: Includes 2 scrulox tamper resistant mounting screws.

Speaker: 3 1/2", 1 Watt, 45 Ohm. Heavy duty magnet with natural voice reproduction. Also used for tone signal from lobby panel.

Color: Fog white, with black imprinting.

Amplifier: Use UL Listed Lee Dan model PK-543.

WIRING REQUIREMENTSIt is always advisable to run spares!
IR-103B = 3 Wires. Use 1 twisted pair, plus 1 selective #22 gauge.

IR-104B = 4 Wires. Use 1 twisted pair, plus 1 conductor common, plus 1 selective #22. (most popular of these 3 models)

IR-105B = 5 Wires. Use 2 twisted pairs, plus 1 selective #22 gauge.
