The LI-150B Duty Station provides an indication of incoming calls in work areas away from the nurse call master station. Normal calls are indicated by a steady light and intermittent tone. Emergency calls take precedence and are indicated by a flashing solid-state LED light and a pulsating tone. A tone-off switch permits silencing of the tone signal for normal calls only. |

Architects' & Engineers' Specifications: Duty Stations shall be TekTone® LI-150B or approved equal as supplied by LEE DAN®. Both visual and audible indication of normal and emergency call shall be provided. A solid-state LED indicator shall provide a steady signal for normal calls and a flashing signal for emergency calls. A TONE OFF switch shall be provided, which shall not be able to cancel an emergency signal. The station shall consist or reliable components mounted on a durable fire retardant (UL® 94V-0) plastic panel, and shall have screw terminals for electrical connections.
The LI-150B shall be UL® 1069 Listed. |
